Salary: £35k to £43k (dependent on experience) (HYBRID is 2 days at home)

Reception Duties
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing the meeting room calendar and meeting room booking software
- Setting up conference calls
- Overseeing the catering team while meeting rooms are being set up and cleared
- Ensuring meeting rooms and client areas remain clean, tidy, and professionally presented
- Booking lunches and liaising with hospitality teams regarding refreshments and catering for guests
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when required
- Completing general administrative duties, including photocopying and scanning
- Booking travel and accommodation

Requirements
- Previous corporate Front of House, reception, four- or five-star hotel, or cabin crew experience
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- A positive and supportive team player
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
