Receptionist
Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred signifies the evolution of Shoreditch and is home to 258 bedrooms and suites, restaurants and bars and five meeting and event spaces. The restaurants and bars include Seed Library, a cocktail bar by renowned bartender Mr Lyan and Kaso a rooftop bar and terrace with panoramic views across East London. The lobby bar and coffee shop and Sticks & Sushi complete the hotel’s food and drinks offering. Bedrooms and suites at the hotel place emphasis on comfort and are designed as your retreat from the vibrancy and energy of the area, providing headspace and calm the heart of Shoreditch allowing you to disconnect from the outside world.

Receptionist
As a receptionist, you'll be the face of the hotel, providing a seamless and personalised experience from check-in to check-out. The receptionist plays a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and connected to everything One Hundred Shoreditch has to offer.
Working closely with the wider hotel team, the receptionist delivers exceptional service, handles guest requests, and acts as a knowledgeable ambassador for both the hotel and the local Shoreditch neighbourhood.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and delivering efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
- Creating genuine and memorable guest interactions throughout their stay.
- Responding to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Managing reservations, payments, and guest accounts accurately.
- Promoting hotel facilities, events, and local recommendations.
- Collaborating with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or a guest-facing role.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous but not essential.
Salary: £26,881 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
