About the Role

Lumus Imaging is expanding our team and seeking a Receptionist to join us in Horsham.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service with compassion, including:
    • Welcoming patients at the front desk
    • Handling incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Managing and organising radiology exam bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Performing general clerical duties with accuracy and courtesy.
  • Maintaining and managing patient records with precise data entry skills.
  • Communicating courteously with:
    • Other receptionists
    • Referring doctors
    • Medical professionals
  • Handling financial tasks, including:
    • Billing and banking processes
    • Medicare and DVA claims
    • Work Cover and health fund reconciliation.
