About the Role
Lumus Imaging is expanding our team and seeking a Receptionist to join us in Horsham.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service with compassion, including:
- Welcoming patients at the front desk
- Handling incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Managing and organising radiology exam bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Performing general clerical duties with accuracy and courtesy.
- Maintaining and managing patient records with precise data entry skills.
- Communicating courteously with:
- Other receptionists
- Referring doctors
- Medical professionals
- Handling financial tasks, including:
- Billing and banking processes
- Medicare and DVA claims
- Work Cover and health fund reconciliation.
