Corporate Receptionist | Interim Contract | Immediate Start | City of London

4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

Are you an experienced Corporate Receptionist available to start immediately? I'm working with a globally recognised, market-leading organisation to recruit a professional and proactive Corporate Receptionist for an interim contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a first-class front-of-house experience for visitors, clients and employees
  • Managing meeting rooms, visitor bookings and hospitality requirements
  • Supporting the C-suite with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ordering and managing stationery, office and kitchen supplies
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration, including maintaining records, coordinating fire marshal and first aider information, reporting office issues and helping to ensure a safe, compliant workplace
  • Keeping the reception and office environment organised, professional and welcoming
