Location: Loughborough Leisure Centre, LE11 3HE

Hourly Rate: £10.85 to £12.71 per hour plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Casual, zero-hour contract, working hours will be Monday to Wednesday 6am to 2.30pm or Thursday and Friday 3.30pm to 9.30pm

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment and helping people access the facilities and services they need. Through excellent customer care and professional support, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive impact on communities and helping more people enjoy active, healthy lifestyles.


What you’ll do as a Receptionist

  • Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone
  • Manage reception duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately
  • Support colleagues across the team when required
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence
