Receptionist
Receptionist Vacancy – Bow Lane Dental, London
Job Title: Receptionist
Are you a Receptionist looking for a change? Or maybe you work in a similar role and are seeking a new challenge? We’ve got a Part-Time vacancy (25.5 hours per week, over 3 days) in our welcoming reception team at Bow Lane Dental in London.
- Hours: 25.5 hrs/week (Mon-Wed, 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM, plus 1 Saturday/month if required)
- Rate: £13.25–£16.50/hour (competitive hourly rate)
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Department: Practices – South (London – Bow Lane Dental Group)
About the Role
You’ll be a key part of our close-knit team, supporting high-quality dental care to London’s best patients. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of putting dentistry and patient service at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism in our busy London practice
- Manage front-of-house operations with efficiency and discretion
- Assist with healthcare-related administration and information requests
- Work closely with dental team members in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are
We look for Receptionists with these traits:
- Previous front-of-house experience (dental or healthcare preferred, though not essential)
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to patient needs
- Well-organised, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
