About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team of two, providing a professional front of house, reception and hospitality service at our Leeds office. You will also work with the Office Services team providing general administration support.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House/Reception:
- Providing a professional service to clients and staff using the ground floor facilities
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Meeting, greeting and dealing with clients
- Dealing with deliveries
- Coordinating electronic meeting room and car park bookings
- Prompt distribution of incoming electronic faxes
- Dealing with voicemail messages
- Daily meeting room checks
- Ensuring meeting room resources e.g. video conferencing, are available and set up as required prior to the start of any meeting
- Updating daily schedule and sending to the relevant people at the end of each day
- Daily clean and fill of coffee machine

Hospitality
- Coordinating and setup of events and large meetings (this may involve some out of hours working)
- Room set-ups
- Providing refreshments
- Ordering and setting up of lunches
- Ensuring meeting rooms are cleared and cleaned after meetings
- Monitoring and ordering of stock
- Ensuring kitchen is clean and stocked
General Administration Duties
- Ordering train tickets/taxis
- Data inputting
- Working with the Office Services Co-ordinator dealing with general administration tasks
- Any other duties
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ reception experience, including front-of-house responsibilities, with administration experience preferred. Experience within a professional services, hotel, or conference environment would be advantageous. They will be computer literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional manner, and a smart appearance. As a strong team player, they will be hardworking, reliable, and committed, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will demonstrate confidence, flexibility, discretion, initiative, and a keen attention to detail, while maintaining a friendly, approachable manner and a consistently positive attitude.
