This role has a starting rate of £12.75 per hour. On successful completion of the probation period, you will receive an increase to £13.25 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us.
- To provide an unforgettable experience, and this starts with Reception—not just on arrival but through the whole process of booking to departure.
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual—Reservations, Sales, Check In and Check Out Procedures
- To achieve sales in line with company objectives
- To promote additional products and services within the hotel and group brand
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- To maintain high standards of hospitality, processing bookings, upselling, salesmanship, financial and reporting diligence.
- To support the reservations team with booking support.
- To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy
- To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
- Stock replenishment of department areas
- Ensure daily updates are communicated throughout the hotel
- Follow legislation relating to job role.

- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
