PART TIME - 3 days a week
An opportunity has arisen at a large global Finance Firm for a Hospitality & Reception, Events assistant, and Reservations role, generally providing 5* customer service and liaising with VIPs and UHNW individuals.
Essential Experience
- Corporate Reception
- Cabin Crew
- Hotel Reception
Using your 5* reception skills, you would be their ambassador, creating that first impression. You would also be booking in lunches.

Duties
- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and colleagues in a warm, professional manner.
- Supporting reception cover, including visitor arrivals, calls, and general enquiries.
- Preparing meeting rooms and client areas to a high standard.
- Assisting with refreshments, hospitality, and internal events.
- Helping with room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are ready throughout the day.
- Supporting post, courier, and delivery arrangements.
- Keeping office areas, tea points, and shared spaces tidy, stocked, and presentable.
- Assisting with stationery, supplies, and basic office services tasks.
- Reporting facilities issues and following up where required.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supporting general administration and day-to-day office operations.
- Providing flexible support to the wider team during busy periods, events, and absence cover.
