Role Description
This is a volunteer, remote Receptionist role. The Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to basic inquiries
- Directing requests to the appropriate team members

Daily tasks include:

- Managing virtual front-desk duties
- Maintaining records of calls and messages
- Providing courteous support to customers seeking help with their devices
The role also involves:
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating simple documentation
- Communicating clearly with both customers and internal teams
The position requires consistent availability during agreed-upon hours and a professional, service-oriented approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Phone Etiquette and strong Customer Service skills to support callers in a professional and respectful manner.
- Experience or comfort with Receptionist Duties and basic Clerical Skills, such as handling messages, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with online communication tools and calendars.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for remote reception work.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and handle multiple requests with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is beneficial but not required.
