Front of House Coordinator (Permanent) 📍 Soho, London | 💰 Competitive + benefits | 🕐 Full-time, 5 days onsite

Robert Half is partnering with a leading European tech investment firm to recruit a Front of House Coordinator for their beautifully designed Soho office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior Front of House, Reception or Hospitality experience who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You'll be the face of the business, welcoming investors, founders, clients and visitors, while ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.

🎯 The Role

  • Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for all guests and visitors
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms to an exceptional standard
  • Coordinating catering, couriers, taxis and external vendors
  • Managing office supplies, kitchen stock and general workplace presentation
  • Supporting the delivery of internal and external events
  • Creating a warm, polished and professional experience for everyone who visits the office

💡 What They're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, Guest Experience or Hospitality position
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, polished and highly organised
  • Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and external guests
  • A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience within luxury hospitality, premium customer service, professional services, tech or investment environments would be particularly appealing
