Role Overview
FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive, friendly Receptionist to join our team in London, working alongside our existing Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth, efficient front desk operations. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing mail, supporting admin tasks, and maintaining a well-organised office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operational Support
- Welcome clients and visitors with a negative-free, helpful attitude
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional
- Scan and file incoming post; distribute outgoing mail/packages internally
- Ensure timely delivery of correspondence to correct recipients
- Coordinate bookings, preparation, and clearance of meeting rooms across 4 floors

Note: Specific client-facing functions
- Arrange guest arrivals at meeting spaces as required
- Gosak as–**enpoint for managing catering for internal and client meetings/events
- Oversee in-office facilities—suppling fridges (drinks, cereals, etc.) and stationery
- Maintain office cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment supplies
- Handle building passes, liaise with ground-floor reception, and manage office equipment
Note: Logistical & Administrative
- Arrange couriers for deliveries and collections
- Operate as frontline support between office operations and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
(Desired rather than strictly mandatory, but preferred experience)
- Previous =corporate /professional reception background
- Note • This is a busy office; must demonstrate clear efficiency, polish, and reliability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent on-the-job multitasking/organisational ability
- Confident interacting with all stakeholders (clients, partners, senior team, visitors)
Technical Requirements
- File-handling (scanning, printing, distributing internal post)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook for scheduling/messaging)
