Receptionist – Hotel du Vin (Henley-on-Thames)
Salary: £13.07 per hour Hours per week: 30 Type of contract: Full-time
Position Overview
We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Hotel du Vin in Henley-on-Thames.
You’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel, Glasgow you for what you’re great at, and enjoy a range of unmatched perks, benefits, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their entire stay:
- Set the tone for each guest’s experience—ensuring every interaction is memorable and professional.
- Anticipate and resolve guest queries with efficiency and warmth, from check-ins to special requests.
- Maintain high operational standards across Front of House duties while upholding our brand values.
- Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and fellow teams to create seamless experiences.
- Uphold superior cleanliness and ensure the reception area, lobby, and key public spaces reflect our brand’s elegance.
