Receptionist – Wallingford Dental
Location: Wallingford Dental, 84 High Street, OX10 0BN
Hours: 40 hours per week, some finishes at 8pm

Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and managers to ensure smooth practice operations
- Promote dental services and up-sell relevant treatments to support care
- Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reassures patients
Skills & Experience
Desirable: ✔ Previous experience in customer service or reception roles ✔ Strong verbal/written communication with a professional, approachable manner ✔ Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work efficiently in a busy environment ✔ Basic IT skills for handling appointments, records, and databases
Team Attributes: ✔ ** detail-oriented** with a client-focused mindset ✔ Thrives in a collaborative setting where empathy and support are valued
