Receptionist – Wallingford Dental

Location: Wallingford Dental, 84 High Street, OX10 0BN

Hours: 40 hours per week, some finishes at 8pm

Employer: Rodericks Dental Partners (Dentistry, Redefined)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and managers to ensure smooth practice operations
  • Promote dental services and up-sell relevant treatments to support care
  • Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reassures patients

Skills & Experience

Desirable: ✔ Previous experience in customer service or reception roles ✔ Strong verbal/written communication with a professional, approachable manner ✔ Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work efficiently in a busy environment ✔ Basic IT skills for handling appointments, records, and databases
