- Part-time: Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) & Sunday (11 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role
At Arnold Clark, you’ll be our Customer Experience Host. We know how critical first impressions are—and outstanding customer service needs to start the moment a customer walks into our showroom.

As a Customer Experience Host, you’ll represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Whether greeting customers face-to-face, fielding phone enquiries, or managing day-to-day tasks, your role ensures our customers always leave with a positive experience.
Day-to-Day Duties
- First point of contact – welcoming customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Handling high-volume calls – addressing enquiries with efficiency and care
- Maintaining customer areas – ensuring a clean, presentable environment
- Collaborating across departments – working proactively within the branch
- Providing exceptional customer service – going above and beyond for our clients
Essential Skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Fully self-trained – able to work independently yet thrive as part of a team
- Highly organised – with ability to multitask effectively

- Experience with Cisco telephony systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
