Job Description

Role: Receptionist (Regional Guest Services Ambassador)

Portico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Receptionist (Regional Guest Services Ambassador) to join our team based at our Newcastle offices of a global consultancy firm.

The new Receptionist will play a key role in several areas, including:

  • Welcoming and assisting firm staff and visitors
  • Providing office support
  • Managing and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Delivering elements of hospitality

They will anticipate client needs and follow up consistently to ensure expectations are exceeded in every interaction.

As this is a new role, there will be room for the candidate to identify innovative and efficient ways to add value, while upholding and improving our world-class standards.

Salary & Hours

  • Salary: £29,000 per annum
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (shifts between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday)

  • Demonstrating natural ownership and problem-solving ability
