Receptionist
Receptionist – Aberdeen Anderson Drive Premier Inn Hotel
We're currently recruiting for this role at our Aberdeen Anderson Drive Premier Inn Hotel, offering 32 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour.
About the Role
Come and be the friendly face of Premier Inn Aberdeen Anderson Drive. As a Receptionist, you’ll use your customer service skills and warm personality to welcome guests, enroll them effortlessly, and ensure their stay is relaxing—whether it’s with a welcoming smile or coordinating with the housekeeping team to perfect their rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests from check-in to departure
- Assist with room allocations, reservations, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and friendly demeanour throughout shifts
- Support room service, booking information, and operational processes
