We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Receptionist at Miramar Care Home in Herne Bay.
About the Role
Your primary focus as a Receptionist will be to deliver professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, along with providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Answering the telephone, responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accurately
- Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and offering administrative assistance as required by the General Manager
- Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure high standards

We’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in using computers and office software
- A positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Previous exposure to problem-solving and handling client complaints
