About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Receptionist to join a growing business and gain exposure to a busy corporate environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for:
- Creating a positive first impression for visitors
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
- Providing administrative support where required

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area
- Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
- Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting set-up
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with expenses and other office administration
- Supporting internal and client events when required
- Helping to ensure the office remains organised and running smoothly
Candidate Requirements
- Previous reception, customer service, hospitality, or guest services experience
- A professional and approachable manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Keen to learn and develop within a growing business

Additional Information
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start
- Salary up to £45,000 plus benefits upon successful completion of the temporary period
- Fully office-based role
- Shifts are 8 hours, between 7:45am and 5:30pm (set hours, depending on team requirements)
