Location: Liverpool Street, London

Contract: Temp-to-perm Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Receptionist to join a growing business and gain exposure to a busy corporate environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating a positive first impression for visitors
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
  • Providing administrative support where required

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting set-up
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Assisting with expenses and other office administration
  • Supporting internal and client events when required
  • Helping to ensure the office remains organised and running smoothly

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous reception, customer service, hospitality, or guest services experience
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Keen to learn and develop within a growing business

Additional Information

  • Temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start
  • Salary up to £45,000 plus benefits upon successful completion of the temporary period
  • Fully office-based role
  • Shifts are 8 hours, between 7:45am and 5:30pm (set hours, depending on team requirements)
