Tasks
- Maintain a regular office presence across the full office, responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Control of stationery & supplies.
- Effective filtering/management of phone calls and maintenance of phone lists.
- Ensure all visitors are greeted, signed in and directed to the correct person/meeting.
- Work continuously and collaboratively with the building management and facilities team to address needs and concerns as they arise.
- Receive and dispatch post, including any courier bookings.
- Ensure the collection and distribution of parcels, including deliveries to the loading bay, as required.
- Assist with production of ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Assist with the collation of information for reports/meetings.
- Assist with travel bookings.
- Assist the Senior Office Manager / Central Services when required.
- Adherence to STRABAG policies and procedures.
- Compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Conduct financial duties such as tracking costs and processing invoices.
- Distribute and maintain the supply levels of kitchen sundries.
- Prepare meeting rooms in a timely manner, including catering orders as required.

Qualifications

- Previous reception experience or in similar role
- Literate & numerate with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills/telephone manner
- Ability to work alone but also as part of a team
- GCSE’s maths and English (C) or equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge of the office building (Buckingham Gate), the building and facilities management team of Buckingham Green, and the local area.
