Receptionist - Kimpton Charlotte Square
Full-Time Contract
Salary: £13.20 per hour (£27,456.00 per year)

About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the ultimate host, bringing your authentic personality to every interaction. You will confidently lead yourself and make creative decisions to enhance every guest experience, sparking joy and crafting meaningful, memorable moments.
Your Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking guests in and out.
- Handling guest queries and complaints.
- Welcoming guests to the city and engaging them to encourage loyalty program participation.
- Playing a key role in the overall guest stay by providing special experiences.
- Recognising and engaging loyal IHG One Rewards members.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Receptionist, you will need:
