Job overview

As a receptionist at Ronald Fletcher Baker, you will be based in our Holborn office and play a vital role in representing the Firm to our colleagues, clients, and the wider industry. You will assist with various tasks that ensure the smooth running of our offices.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and colleagues
  • Escort clients to the relevant meeting room if requested
  • Serve tea, coffee, or water during meetings as needed
  • Maintain a diary for meeting rooms / manage a booking system
  • Prepare for events by ordering food and drinks, setting up the room, and cleaning up afterward
  • Clear meeting rooms after visits
  • Oversee the general maintenance of the ground floor and communal areas of the building, including shared kitchens, the basement, and bathrooms
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for the office – after Office Manager
  • Perform scanning and photocopying tasks as required
  • Conduct post office runs / liaise with Royal Mail regarding collections
  • Deliver post to the relevant departments

Qualifications and experience

  • A level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Working Hours

10am – 6pm
Monday to Friday
