Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our fantastic team as a Receptionist (Colleague Support Host).
As a key member of our Colleague Support Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional workplace experience for our client and visitors. Acting as the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a flagship corporate office.
This is a varied and dynamic position, offering exposure to multiple aspects of workplace and facilities management, where no two days are the same.
As a Receptionist / Colleague Support Host, you will support a range of workplace and client-facing services, including:
- Managing the Main Reception and Front Desk operations
- Delivering a first-class visitor and guest experience
- Supporting the Executive Client Meeting Suite and internal meeting rooms
- Providing floor management support alongside the Property Services Team
- Assisting with basic AV and technology support for meetings and events
- Supporting the planning and delivery of workplace events and hospitality requirements
- Managing guest registration and meeting room bookings
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external visitors
- Ensuring the office environment remains professional, welcoming, and well-presented
- Responding efficiently to multiple requests while maintaining exceptional service standards

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Shifts between 8am - 5pm
Salary: £26,632 + free meal on shift

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service, front-of-house, reception, or hospitality role (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to build rapport and trusted relationships quickly
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Confidence managing multiple requests and competing priorities
- Basic AV or technology support knowledge (desirable but not essential)
