Top Tier Law Firm Recruitment

Top tier law firm are looking to recruit a high level front of house receptionist to manage all day to day operations. This role is a temp to permanent role.

Providing Outstanding Service

Providing an outstanding level of client and customer service within the reception team specifically in the duties of:

  • Providing hospitality to all clients and offering any further assistance clients/visitors may require;
  • Booking and setting up video conference facilities;
  • Organising taxis for clients and staff;
  • Booking parking;
  • Organising high-profile dinners and events;
  • First point of reference for executives, PA's and clients;
  • Meeting room reservations;
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared bespoke to each individual meeting - i.e. confirming all catering, audio-visual and technology requirements;
  • Ensuring all meetings run to an efficient timetable;
  • Maintaining an efficient administration system;
  • Liaising closely with the facilities team;
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties for lawyers;
  • Ensuring all IT issues are dealt with in a timely and effective fashion by liaising with in-house IT support staff;
  • Liaising with the post room to ensure all business mail is delivered promptly;
  • Provision of local area knowledge for travel needs and external hospitality.
