About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Delivering a seamless guest journey: From Check-In to Check-Out, ensuring hospitality standards shine at every interaction
- Resolving guest queries efficiently while maintaining service excellence
- Promoting hotel offerings with a confident upselling approach (mastering room types, rates, packages and hotel services)
- Maximising room occupancy and fostering a positive customer experience
- Ensuring full compliance with security protocols, fire safety regulations and health & safety requirements
