Receptionist
Location: Leeds
The Position
To provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house service for colleagues, clients, and visitors. This role ensures a positive first impression of the firm and supports the Facilities team in delivering exceptional hospitality and administrative services.
Key Deliverables
Front-of-House Management
- Welcome visitors and manage reception desk duties, including calls and inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
Hospitality Support
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.
- Arrange catering and monitor refreshment supplies.
Administrative Support
- Handle general admin tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Manage mail, courier services, and visitor logs securely.
Facilities Support
- Work closely with the Facilities team for smooth operations.
- Provide ad hoc support for events and projects.
About You
You’ll be a confident and professional individual with experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally within a professional services environment. You take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Highly organized and proactive, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, from coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality to handling calls and maintaining security protocols.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
