We’re looking for an experienced and passionate receptionist to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Role
As a Receptionist, your role will be to truly listen to our guests, anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
Your key duties as a Receptionist will include handling check-in and check-out services for the guests and assisting them with requests during their stay.
The Person
We look for receptionists with previous experience in a similar role who are absolutely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

- Calm, efficient, and organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

The Hotel
Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms, including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation.
