Receptionist
Friendly Receptionist Vacancy
We're currently recruiting a friendly Receptionist to provide first-class reception service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 15 hours per week (over 50.2 working weeks per year).
About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will join a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with warmly and efficiently. This is an opportunity to progress with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Provide administrative support across diverse areas within Compass Group UK&I’s Defence division
- Manage the ordering and distribution of office supplies
- Ensure the office remains neat and tidy
- Represent Compass Group UK&I positively, maintaining a strong brand image
