Receptionist, Administration
Position Description The Receptionist is responsible for providing front-of-house support, coordinating in-house events, managing deliveries and mail, and supporting general administrative and facilities tasks. This role ensures a welcoming environment for visitors and guests, maintains smooth daily operations, and supports the overall efficiency of the office. This is a key role that involves interaction with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Areas of Responsibilities Reception duties: visitor booking into the 8BG portal, meeting room management, answering phones and greeting guests, ensure rooms are cleared after meetings and manage comfort levels of the rooms Coordinate with Roadshow team on in-house events: Access Days, CLSA U, Group lunches Receiving deliveries – (water, soft drinks, cereal) from loading bay Distributing and collecting mail, franking post, booking couriers/DHL, loading bay booking for deliveries and raising permits General administration/facilities assistance Support with ordering of supplies and consumables for the office Other ad hoc duties as required. Requirements Good written and verbal communication skills Previous experience within a reception/office environment Practical approach to problem solving Sound technical skills Good Interpersonal / communication skills Cost awareness Good team player Required to comply with company procedures and policies Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities Not the right fit?
