🌟 Receptionist & Administrator | Full-Time | Whitechapel, London

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Whitechapel, London
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Contract: Permanent

Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a busy and varied environment?

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist & Administrator to join a vibrant, multi-tenanted innovation and business centre in the heart of East London. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of the organisation, providing exceptional front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering a warm and professional welcome to visitors, tenants and contractors
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, post and deliveries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared for use
  • Supporting events and tenant activities
  • Raising purchase orders and processing administrative tasks
  • Tracking invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring facilities issues and liaising with relevant teams
  • Managing office and building supplies
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration and security access processes
  • Providing general administrative support to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in reception, office administration, facilities coordination or a similar role
