We make health happen

The Dermatology Partnership is a growing group of private clinics, who are trusted experts in dermatology and are now part of Bupa Health Services. We transform peoples’ lives by providing outstanding dermatology care. We do this by placing patients at the heart of everything we do, striving to be the best at what we do and believe that our patients’ trust is earned through the delivery of clinical services to the highest standard.

As Receptionist / Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the overall Reception function within the Clinic. You will ensure that patients receive a friendly, efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries appropriately and providing accurate information to patients, consultants, and internal teams. Post letters, handle documentation, audit trails, and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately. Assist with doctors’ and nurses’ administrative needs and responding to queries. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks, including internal referrals, patient documentation, and end-of-day responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
