📍 Liverpool Street | 💰 £16 per hour | 🕘 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (Office-Based)
2-month ongoing assignment with the potential to become permanent
Our client, a well-established accountancy firm, is looking for an experienced Receptionist & Administrator to join their busy office. This role would suit a professional administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills who can quickly become an integral part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and welcoming clients and visitors
- Answering and directing telephone enquiries
- Preparing, formatting and proof-reading documents and correspondence
- Scanning and uploading documents to the firm's document management system
- Maintaining accurate filing and client records
- Supporting the team with general administration and office coordination
- Managing post, couriers and meeting room bookings

About You
- Previous administration and reception experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced professional environment
