We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator!
This postholder will work from our Bath West site (Dominion Road, Twerton).
About The Team
Family hubs are a vital part of the community. We provide early help and preventative support to families facing challenges and who have children under 8 years old. Our aim is to improve the lives of children and families.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone promptly and dealing with enquiries efficiently
- Making new room bookings using outlook
- Processing petty cash claims
- General administration tasks e.g., photocopying, data entry, typing and taking minutes, updating spreadsheets where necessary
- Excellent IT skills
- Meeting and greeting visitors face to face
- Dealing with challenging situations in a calm, empathic manner
- Working as a team with visitors and colleagues
- Provide cover for absent colleagues in other areas
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer services skills and a courteous and effective manner when under pressure
- Is empathetic whilst having attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure and be a good team player
- You will need to be well organised, and have sound IT skills including being proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Publisher
