Job Description
Portico is looking for an outstanding, self-motivated Reception and Hospitality Host to join our dynamic Front of House team based at the city offices of a leading Pharmaceutical Company. As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors, clients and colleagues. Main Responsibilities
- Main reception meet and greet duties, receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Setting up hospitality for events and in meeting rooms to a high standard
- Supporting and taking direction in assisting with meeting room bookings and daily room checks
- Providing meet and greet support for events
- Training new recruits and Premier team members on front of house standards
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ordering admin, hospitality and cleaning supplies
- Supporting with other ad hoc tasks as required
- Working collaboratively with other service contractor team members to achieve a seamless customer experience

Mon - Fri 07:00 to 19:30
Salary
£35,000
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills, with energy, focus and attention to detail
- Able to give and receive direction effectively
- Experience supporting a vibrant tenant floor reception area, tenant hub facility and meeting rooms floor, ideally within a corporate environment
- Previous experience in a reception, front of house or corporate customer service role
- Professional, approachable and immaculately presented
- Strong communication skills with a customer first mindset
- Proven ability to work with wider service teams and contractors to deliver one joined up service
