Pay: £12.71 per hour (£13,263.64 per annum)
Hours: Permanent, part-time, 20 per week, Monday–Friday
Shift times: 3 shifts: 07:00–11:00, 11:00–15:00, 15:00–19:00

What you’ll do:
- Become fully competent with “bespoke” military software applications.
- Possess the ability to deal with customers either orally or in written format.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually to complete the required unit output.
- Drafting emails both internally and externally and monitoring electronic mailboxes.
- Answering basic queries, with the ability to seek advice from line management on areas outside the normal daily dealings.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Have a sound grasp of working in administration.
- Previous experience of working in a military admin office environment is desirable.
- Driving licence preferred.
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
