Receptionist (Bank)
We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Meadowlark Care Home for bank shifts.
Your Main Duties
- Welcome all visitors to the care home courteously
- Determine the reason for their visit and check their identity before notifying the appropriate staff member
- Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
- Answer the telephone and respond to all enquiries at reception
- Re-direct enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and Administrator, as and when required
- Process documentation on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier and computer, as and when required
- Maintaining the visitors register in line with Company policy
- In conjunction with the Administrator, ensure accurate filing systems are maintained
- To ensure mail is correctly distributed
