Trinity House Care Home is a purpose-built 55-bed care home located in Edinburgh, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care. The home offers a high-quality, boutique-style environment where team members deliver person-centred care in a comfortable and well-supported setting.

Receptionist Contract

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Flexible zero-hour contract to cover annual leave and sickness
  • Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Role Overview

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the home, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. This is a key front-of-house role where your communication, organization, and people skills will shape first impressions and daily experience.

  • You will manage incoming enquiries, greet visitors, and support day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring information is handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting the wider team, you will help maintain organized systems and contribute to the smooth running of the home.
  • Working closely with the Business Administrator and management team, you will play an important role in delivering a responsive, professional, and well-organized service.
