About the Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Receptionist at a Barchester care home, you'll provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home with us. As the first point of contact for almost everyone who comes to the home, you'll have a vitally important part to play in creating a positive and friendly environment.
The role of Receptionist with us is very varied. You can expect to:
- Answer phone calls
- Greet visitors
- Manage the reception area
- Show prospective residents and their families around

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but you will need:
- A good telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
