Receptionist – Malmaison, Newcastle
Salary: £12.97/hour (16 hours per week) – Permanent
We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic receptionist to join our team at Malmaison, Newcastle.
About This Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the face of Malmaison, greeting guests, handling queries, and ensuring every visitor receives a memorable experience—from their first impression to their final goodbye.
You have a natural charm for hospitality and thrive in delivering exceptional guest service. Your ability to stress under pressure, solve problems with a smile, and maintain high standards will set the tone for a truly outstanding stay.

This role also offers the chance to enrol on our fully-funded apprenticeship scheme after probation.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the warm and welcoming first (and last) point of contact for guests.
- Handle a broad range of enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional service through anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns promptly.
- Champion high standards in personal presentation and professional conduct.
- Foster a positive, inspiring environment that reflects Malmaison’s high-quality branding.
