Receptionist Overview
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome. You will handle all aspects of guest check-in and check-out, manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, positive experience from arrival to departure.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s booking system.
- Manage reservations, telephone calls, and guest queries with accuracy using the hotel’s system.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
- Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, events, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Always maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the Front Office Manager.
