Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite at our London, ON (Wharncliffe location) HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time.

What You'll Do
- Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic
- Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders
- Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey
- Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
- Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions
- Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community
- Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing role - you bring 2+ years of experience working in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers
- Sales acumen - comfortability in recommending products and services to clients
- Customer-centric attitude - you are comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as the region's number one choice for hearing care services
- Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues
- Willingness to participate in some local travel - access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives
