The Singapore High Commission in London is looking for a Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant (Consular) to join the team in our Belgravia office.
What you will be doing:
- Reception duties – answer/screen/forward telephone calls and emails, deal with generic enquiries etc
- Consular duties – covering of visa, notarial and other citizenship services duties etc
- Guest duties – greet and usher of guests, prepare refreshments for guests, ensure meeting room is booked etc
- Mail duties – sort incoming mail, frank and record of outgoing mail, maintain frank machine, arrange couriers etc
- Vehicle booking duties – arrange vehicle bookings with drivers, update booking system etc
- Administrative duties – maintain/restock stationery stock etc
- Events duties – assist in the preparation and execution of events etc
- Library – ensure general tidiness of the library and maintain a library list

What we are looking for:
- A positive and can-do attitude, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good writing and IT skills
- A team player
- Keen to learn and acquire new skills
- Prior experience in receptionist/admin work is preferred

Contract:
Permanent, full time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Starting salary:
£26,280.00 per annum (negotiable and excluding discretionary bonuses)
In-person interviews and tests will be conducted. Successful candidates should be able to start by 20 July 2026.
