Job Description: Dynamics AX Developer/Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and document user requirements, performing fit-gap analysis based on Microsoft Dynamics AX (Dynamics Axapta) capabilities.
  • Create and deliver technical design documents outlining development strategies.
  • Perform project estimation for implementation tasks.
  • Develop and configure ERP processes within Dynamics AX according to technical designs.
  • Conduct quality assurance and unit testing based on user-defined test scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to best-practice coding standards for AX development.
  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics AX solution implementations (including fit-gap analysis, development, testing, and deployment).
  • Manage deployment methodologies, transitioning customizations from:
    • Development → User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • UAT → Production environments
