About the role

Benefact Group are looking for a Receptionist to join our head office in Gloucester.

The role holder will provide an efficient and effective Reception and Front of House service to the business and customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Well-presented front of house Receptionist to meet and greet our visitors and Colleagues.
  • Liaising with Physical Security to ensure all visitors and contractors are booked in.
  • Managing external and internal Switchboard calls in a timely manner.
  • Daily corporate voicemail management.
  • Managing the direct Reception desk phone calls (non-switchboard).
  • Managing Reception, Corporate and Premises Management inboxes.
  • Managing Front of House related system for room and visitors’ booking (Resource Central) and desk booking (Cloudbooking).
  • Visitor and Colleagues parking management including electric charging points and car park barrier control.
  • LANDesk Management – checking and actioning any requests within agreed timescales (taxi bookings, starters and leavers etc).
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when the business requires (meeting room checks, set up requests, catering requests etc)
  • Locker keys management and distribution.
  • Cover activities for the wider Premises Management teams to include: Mail Room, Document Management and Helpdesk as required.
  • Running monthly statistics on room bookings, desk booking and switchboard calls.
  • Manage lost property
  • Room booking and desk booking system

What you'll need to have

  • Highly organised, efficient and proactive.
  • Able to take on and own tasks and solve problems independently
  • Confident to communicate at all levels including Board members and VIP visitors
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel to an intermediate level with the ability to adapt quickly to in-house systems
