Are you a friendly, organised and motivated individual with a passion for customer service?
Wescot Credit Services are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our Facilities team in our vibrant Telford office TF3 4NT!
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors providing a warm welcome alongside managing administrative tasks.
Your package
- Salary: £13,218.40

- Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am – 12pm based on 20 hours per week
- Location: Fully office based - TF3 4NT

Your duties
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors delivering a professional and courteous welcome, completing confidentiality documentation and compliance with the visitors book
- Issue ID badges for new colleagues, visitors and contractors. Ensuring restricted access controls are approved
- Producing monthly access reports and update building access via the control system
- Undertake Health & Safety related duties including acting as a DSE representative, carrying out DSE assessments whilst ensuring maintenance of the DSE Assessment Log
- Placing orders for stationery as required and keep an accurate record of stock controlling
- Receive and distribute deliveries updating the relevant colleagues and spreadsheets
- Carry out monthly premises inspections and take prompt action to report any issues
- Ensure all faults are logged and contractors’ reports are filed accordingly
- Assist in Reception and Facilities shared Outlook duties as and when required

You’re someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and positively interact with colleagues, customers and visitors
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- An ability to work confidentially with integrity and discretion
- A flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure
Previous experience of working within a reception environment is desirable but not essential

Wescot Credit Services is a Contact Centre working with several large UK banks, as well as Credit Card Providers, Energy, Telecoms and others to help recover debts owed to them by their customers.
