Legal Receptionist – London
A leading international law firm is looking for a polished and proactive Legal Receptionist to join its Property & Workplace team in London.
As the face of the firm, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless front-of-house experience and ensuring the smooth running of client-facing areas.
The Opportunity
- Join a high-performing Front of House team supporting a dynamic, corporate environment
- Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders
- Take ownership of client floor operations and day-to-day coordination
- Work in a collaborative environment where service excellence is key
- Flexible shift pattern between 08:00–18:00 (with occasional out-of-hours support required)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, professional front-of-house service at all times
- Manage client interactions, bookings, and meeting room reservations
- Act as the central point of contact for client requirements and requests
- Support the preparation and timely delivery of documents and materials
- Handle helpdesk queries – logging, resolving, and escalating where needed
- Maintain accurate systems reflecting daily client activity
- Ensure all areas are presented to the highest standard
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to support the client journey
About You
- Previous experience in a receptionist or client-facing role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Committed to delivering outstanding client service
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
