Overview
We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist / Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a great first impression and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, people-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the front desk and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them to the appropriate person or team.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready ahead of schedule.
- Coordinate visitor sign-in, issue access passes, and maintain security protocols.
- Support the office management team with administrative tasks including filing, ordering supplies, and managing post.
- Liaise with facilities, cleaning, and maintenance contacts to ensure the office runs smoothly and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed across the business.

What We're Looking For
- A professional, approachable, and confident manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- The ability to multitask calmly and effectively during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping things running smoothly and a genuine desire to make every visitor and colleague feel welcome.
