Responsibilities

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest has a magical stay. A typical day includes:

  • Deliver a warm welcome:

    • Greet guests upon arrival
    • Complete the check-in process, including:
      • Verifying guest details
      • Assigning rooms
      • Issuing keys
      • Providing welcome materials or bell service assistance
  • Support efficient check-out:

    • Process departures accurately via the point-of-sale system
    • Verify charges, handle payments, and issue receipts
