Responsibilities
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest has a magical stay. A typical day includes:

Deliver a warm welcome:
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Complete the check-in process, including:
- Verifying guest details
- Assigning rooms
- Issuing keys
- Providing welcome materials or bell service assistance

Support efficient check-out:
- Process departures accurately via the point-of-sale system
- Verify charges, handle payments, and issue receipts
