Receptionist
Receptionist (Leisure) – £13.05 - £13.47 per hour
Key Details
- Salary: £13.05 - £13.47 per hour (plus 10% for unsocial hours on qualifying shifts)
- Hours per week: 0 (role-specific hours TBC)
- Location: On-site at leisure centre (entirely from service location)
- Interview date: To be confirmed following shortlisting
About the Role
Are you a friendly, organised individual who loves greeting people and ensuring they leave with a smile? This is your chance to become a valued member of our team as a Receptionist.
As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors to our leisure centre. Your warm welcome will set the tone for a positive experience every day. Whether it’s answering enquiries, guiding visitors, or promoting our services, you’ll be the friendly face at the centre of everything we do.
We place great importance on creating efficient yet welcoming environments. Our receptionists need to embody:
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
- Organisation skills to manage enquiries effectively
