Receptionist / Host

Host (Full-Time) – Point A Edinburgh St. Andrew Square

Location: Edinburgh St. Andrew Square (Opening July 2026) Position: Full-Time Reception-Based Role (210-bedroom hotel)

The Role

We’re seeking a Host / Reception team member to assist our team while crafting exceptional guest journeys at Point A Edinburgh St. Andrew Square.

  • Deliver unforgettable guest service every day.
  • Ensure seamless operations via end-of-shift auditing and reconciliation.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration and shift handovers.

Key Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Outstanding customer service skills – proactively solving challenges with empathy.
  • Strong experience in reconciliation and banking processes.
  • A passion for service—even on challenging shifts.
  • Problem-solving agility and ability to multitask.
  • Drive and personal development initiative.
  • Industry knowledge—sparking inspirational service.
